• Process supplier invoices accurately and ensure they are recorded in a timely way.
• Match invoices to the relevant purchase information and resolve basic discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate supplier account records to support clear financial information.
• Prepare payment information in line with agreed processes and deadlines.
• Respond to supplier queries and provide clear updates on invoice status.
• Keep invoice files and supporting documents organised and easy to trace.
• Work with the Accounting & Finance team to address payment and invoice issues.
• Support day-to-day accounts payable activity throughout the temporary assignment.

Profile

A successful 'Interim Accounts Payable' should have:

• Experience processing supplier invoices and maintaining accurate records.

Job Offer
