Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum + Bonus
Location: Bristol (Hybrid Working)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and drive new product development from initial concept through to testing, validation and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical, electrical, software and test engineering teams
• Provide technical direction and approve designs
• Oversee product development, testing and validation
• Drive engineering standards, quality and continuous improvement
• Work with programme managers and international teams
• Mentor engineers and manage technical challenges

About You

• Degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline
• Extensive experience in system development and integration
• Proven experience leading complex engineering projects
• Experience managing and developing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong technical decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with international stakeholders
