An established and growing commercial property consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Surveyor to join their Professional Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience, develop their surveying skills and work towards MRICS qualification. You will also gain exposure to commercial agency and property management, providing a broad understanding of the commercial property sector.
Working alongside experienced surveyors, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with rent reviews, lease renewals and property valuations.
Supporting landlord and tenant matters, lease advisory work and negotiations.
Conducting property inspections, measurements and market research.
Reviewing lease documentation and preparing professional reports.
Liaising with clients, solicitors and other property professionals.
Supporting senior surveyors with ongoing instructions.
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Real Estate, Property Management or a related discipline, preferably RICS-accredited.
A strong ambition to achieve MRICS qualification.
Good communication, numerical and analytical skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
A full UK driving licence.
Previous experience is not essential, as training and support will be provided.
