We are currently seeking a Sixth Form Administrator to join a busy and supportive school on a long-term temporary basis from 12th October to 26th October. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a student-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the Sixth Form team
• Managing student records and maintaining accurate data
• Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
• Liaising with students, parents, and staff members
• Handling enquiries via email, telephone, and in person
• Assisting with general office administration and documentation
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Sixth Form department

What We're Looking For

• Previous administration experience, ideally within a school or education setting
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
• Confident using Microsoft Office and school management systems
• Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff

Essential Requirements

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one

Right to work in the UK

Strong administrative and customer service skills
