We're looking for caring and resilient Residential Support Workers to support children and young people aged 7-18 with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural difficulties and learning disabilities.

In this rewarding role, you'll help create a safe, nurturing home environment, support daily routines, encourage independence, manage behaviours positively, and help young people develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve positive outcomes.

Experience supporting children or young people is desirable, but we welcome applications from compassionate individuals with transferable care experience.
