The Company

This is a boutique in-house fabrication and immersive events business: design, build, scenic and installation all happen under one roof, by the same team. It's a small operation run on genuine collaboration, where everyone gets stuck in and no one pulls the 'not my job' card. The pipeline is largely inbound, the projects are high-value and bespoke, and the company has recently moved to newly relocated offices with on-site parking.

The Role

The Event Account Manager sits at the centre of client relationships and production delivery, owning each project commercially and operationally from the first brief through to sign-off on site.

- First point of contact for clients across multiple live briefs

- Costing and quoting projects, working with internal technical teams

- Running production meetings and managing project timelines

- Overseeing fabrication and installation teams through delivery

- Attending installs and being present on site when projects demand it

- Networking and supporting the business's inbound client relationships

The Candidate

The right Event Account Manager will have genuine, hands-on experience managing project budgets and timescales, not just directing others to do so. You will have worked closely enough with fabrication, build or technical production to cost a brief with confidence and hold your own in a workshop conversation.

A background in quoting and client-facing brief management is important, and experience from scenic, exhibition, experiential or live production environments is all relevant here. Beyond the technical grounding, this role suits an Event Account Manager who rolls their sleeves up, takes ownership and fits a team where everyone does the same.
