Our client who are a small manufacturing firm are looking to recruit a sales administrator to join the team. Key Role: Our team of are responsible for providing quotations based on scope and specification of customer requirements. The role entails understanding and accurately interpreting customer and project requirements, whilst meeting all internal service levels with regards to accuracy and return dates. Summary of main responsibilities and activities:  Working closely with the internal sales team  Producing quotations for a wide variety of project types and sizes working from architectural drawings, specifications and/or BOQ’s (Bill of Quantities)  Complete quotations accurately and within the specified deadline  Liaise with architects and contractors to confirm information required  Liaise with sales, CAD and other company personnel  Carry out all other tasks necessary for the smooth running of the business  Pace of work will often be high with significant focus on accuracy Key Skills & Attributes  Attention to detail  Work efficiently under pressure as pace of work will often be high  Methodical & structured approach to tasks  Excellent communication skills Circa £27K - £28K.
