We're looking for a proactive Service Co-ordinator to become the heart of a busy Service Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring operations run smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a vital role in coordinating service requests and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming service calls, emails and tickets.
• Scheduling engineers and coordinating service call-outs.
• Monitoring jobs to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their requests.
• Updating customer portals and service records.
• Liaising with engineers and internal departments to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Supporting the Head of Service with day-to-day operations and administration.
• Arranging quotations for additional works following service visits.

Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively

Positive team players who can also work independently

Experienced within customer service, service desk, helpdesk or coordination environments

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word

Motivated to learn, develop and grow within the business
