Location: West Midlands Company: Leading UK Facilities Management Provider We are recruiting for an experienced M&E Project Manager to join a leading UK Facilities Management provider, overseeing a variety of mechanical and electrical projects across the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to manage projects from initial concept through to completion, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Key Responsibilities * Manage multiple M&E projects from design through to handover. * Oversee project budgets, programmes, subcontractors and delivery. * Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and RIBA Plan of Work. * Coordinate mechanical and electrical installations, refurbishments and upgrades. * Manage client relationships, contractors and key stakeholders. * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Requirements * Proven experience managing M&E projects within FM, building services or construction. * Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and RIBA stages is essential. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong commercial awareness and subcontractor management skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
