We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established and respected manufacturing business based in Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-paced production environment, where quality and efficiency are key. Key Responsibilities: * Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently * Assemble components according to specifications * Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained * Maintain a clean and organised work area * Follow health and safety procedures at all times * Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors What We’re Looking For: * Must have previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality * Ability to work within a fast paced environment * Ability to work effectively in a team * Willingness to work rotating shifts * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Day shift: Monday – Thursday - 7:45 – 16:40 / Friday - 7:45 – 12:40 2 shift pattern: Monday – Friday Days - 6am – 14:20 Back shift: Monday – Thursday - 15:35 – 23:50 / Friday - 14:10 – 21:40 PLEASE NOTE FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE A DRUGS TEST AT OUR OFFICE IN HEBBURN
