Description

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role focused on ensuring healthcare organisations achieve maximum value from their technology investment.

Acting as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of customers, you will build strong partnerships with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders, helping them optimise workflows, increase adoption and deliver measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing long-term customer relationships across NHS and independent healthcare organisations.
• Leading regular business reviews, health checks and customer engagement activities.
• Providing expert guidance on radiology workflows and best practice utilisation of software solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes, increase adoption and support account growth.
• Collaborating closely with implementation, support, product and commercial teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Acting as the voice of the customer and helping shape future product development through customer feedback and market insight.
• Supporting retention, renewals and expansion opportunities across the customer base.

Profile

Job Offer

• Salary of approximately £55,000-£75,000 depending on experience.
