Collins Property Recruitment is working on behalf of a growing property business to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Manager to manage a diverse and expanding portfolio of 15+ commercial and residential properties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional to take full ownership of the portfolio and play a key role in its continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full day-to-day management of the commercial and residential portfolio.
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants and deal with queries and property issues.
• Carry out regular property inspections.
• Manage new leases, renewals and rent reviews.
• Coordinate contractors and maintenance works.
• Work closely with the accounts team on rent, invoices and property-related finances.
• Maintain accurate property and tenant records.
• Liaise with solicitors, agents, surveyors and other professional advisers.
• Support the onboarding and management of new properties as the portfolio continues to expand.

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management, with strong commercial property experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Confident dealing with tenants, contractors and professional advisers.
• Good understanding of leases, renewals and general property management.
• Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Surveying experience or a relevant surveying qualification would be highly beneficial.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of a growing portfolio.

The Opportunity:

• Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience.
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with occasional Saturday on-call cover.
