We are currently recruiting 2 x Breakfast & After School Club Assistants for a welcoming primary school in Northwich, with an immediate start available.

Role Details

Location: Northwich

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 7:00am - 9:00am and 3:00pm - 6:00pm

Contract: Part-time

Hours: 10 hours per week guaranteed, with the opportunity for additional hours

About the Role

As a Breakfast & After School Club Assistant, you will help provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children before and after the school day. You will support a variety of activities, encourage positive play, and ensure the wellbeing of all pupils in your care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and engaging children in play and recreational activities
• Creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment
• Supporting children's social development and wellbeing
• Assisting with snack times and daily club routines
• Working closely with school staff and parents where required

Requirements

• Experience working with children is desirable (school, nursery, childcare, clubs, sports coaching, or similar)
• A positive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
