Location: remote

The role is centred on proactive calendar management, using sound judgement to balance business priorities, stakeholder needs, workload and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise calendars, including meeting prioritisation, scheduling and rescheduling.
• Protect time for preparation, focused work and breaks, and avoid unnecessary back-to-back meetings or conflicts.
• Coordinate meeting invitations, attendees, agendas and relevant materials.
• Provide scheduling support to Hammer and other relevant members when required.
• Support travel arrangements, expense claims and routine administrative processes.

Required Skills / Experience

• Experience as a PA, EA, Secretary, Project Coordinator, PMO or similar role.
• Strong calendar and meeting management skills using Outlook, Teams or similar tools.
• Good judgement, organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to act proactively with limited direction.
• SC clearance to get business laptop PC.

Working Arrangements

• Remote working; regular office attendance is not required.
• This does not need to be a full-time commitment; however, the individual must be available and responsive during normal UK working hours (09:00-17:30)
• Contract type and level of allocation are negotiable.
