The Role

Advise a broad client base including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, entrepreneurs, investors and fast-growing companies across Devon, the South West and beyond.

Key responsibilities:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Share sales and asset purchases
• Corporate restructuring
• Company formations and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements
• Partnership agreements
• Investment and funding transactions
• Joint venture agreements
• Corporate governance

You'll also have opportunities to:

• Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers
• Support business development initiatives
• Play a key role in the continued growth of the Corporate team

About You

• Qualified Solicitors (England & Wales) & Chartered Legal Executives
• 3+ years PQE
