An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE to join a growing Employment team in the New Forest.

This role would suit an ambitious employment lawyer looking to develop specialist expertise, with a particular focus on settlement agreements, while working within a supportive team offering genuine long-term career progression.

The Role:

You will manage a busy Employment caseload, specialising in settlement agreements and advising clients on a range of employment matters.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop specialist expertise in settlement agreements
• Manage your own Employment caseload
• Provide high-quality, practical advice to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop your technical expertise within a supportive team
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Employment practice

About You:

• Qualified Employment Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE
• Strong Employment Law experience
• Excellent technical and drafting skills
• Experience handling settlement agreements
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ambitious and keen to develop your career and specialist expertise
