Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Arrange import shipments for goods arriving in the UK
• Liaise with customers to ensure effective communication
• Ensure customs clearance documents are completed within a timely manner
• Learn and develop knowledge on shipping terms
• Coordinating with shippers and transporters to ensure seamless movement of goods

Skills and Experience required:

• 6 months+ experience within a similar shipping role (either imports or exports)
• Strong desire to learn and develop within the shipping industry
• Proficient within Microsoft 365
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
