Location: Witton, Birmingham
Salary: £31,000–£34,000 per annum
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off – rotating days and nights
Hours: 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to process metal coils.
• Load coils using overhead cranes.
• Carry out quality checks and complete production records.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Essential: Previous manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Good attention to detail and basic IT skills.
• Desirable: Counterbalance forklift licence and overhead crane experience (training available).
