This project is 40 weeks in length total valued at £6 million. Previous industrial new build experience is required for this project. Job responsibilities of the Freelance Site Manager: Oversee construction of new build industrial unit Ensure projects are on-time and to client specification. Report directly to the Project Manager and liaise with head office. Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site daily. Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards. Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives.
