Quest Search and Selection are partnering with a very successful Commercial Property & Asset Management company looking to hire a Facilities & Property Manager. The role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial office buildings across the Leeds area predominantly. Working alongside an established property team, you will manage tenant relationships, coordinate contractors, oversee Health & Safety compliance and support ongoing property improvements and development.

Key Responsibilities of this Facilities & Property Manager- Field Basedrole:

1. Provide reception cover and manage day-to-day tenant enquiries and issues.
2. Oversee lettings, renewals, lease expiries, tenant departures and rental administration.
3. Monitor lease compliance and follow up on outstanding payments.
4. Conduct property viewings and support marketing initiatives to maximise occupancy and rental income.
5. Manage contractors, suppliers and service providers, ensuring value for money and compliance with company standards.
6. Plan and oversee property improvements, refurbishments and fit-outs, managing budgets and timelines.
7. Monitor site Health & Safety and ensure compliance with company procedures.
8. Identify opportunities to enhance property value while minimising disruption to tenants.

Requirements for this Facilities & Property Manager - Field Basedrole:

1. Ideally having experience in commercial property, B2B office environments or serviced accommodation.
2. Open to candidates from property administration, front-of-house, property management or corporate reception.
3. Highly organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Full UK driving license.
6. Proactive, hardworking and confident working independently.
