We are seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead our busy aftersales department at our high-performing Mallusk site. This Aftersales Manager will support the team, maintain excellent customer service and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department. Monitor departmental activity and assist with achieving key performance objectives.Requirements: The successful Aftersales Manager will have extensive experience within a Franchise Main Dealer Service Department at supervisory level. Excellent knowledge of dealership management systems. A proven record of managing, motivating and developing a team. Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills.
