A leading regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Partner to join its growing Commercial Dispute Resolution team, with a focus on technology, media, IP, data protection and privacy disputes.

This is a strategic hire offering the opportunity to help drive the future growth of an established practice while handling high-value and complex commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of complex commercial disputes
• Building and developing client and referrer relationships
• Driving business development and practice growth
• Leading, mentoring and developing junior lawyers
• Contributing to team strategy and firm-wide initiatives
• Representing the firm through networking, speaking engagements and thought leadership

About You

• Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor operating at, or ready for, Partner level
• Strong track record in complex commercial disputes
• Demonstrable business development success
• Existing client following, referral network, or proven ability to generate work
• Commercially minded with strong leadership skills
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial approach

Desirable Experience

• Intellectual Property disputes
• Technology, Media and Data Litigation
• Chambers and/or Legal 500 recognition
• Established South East or London network
