• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
• Oversee invoice processing and resolve discrepancies in a prompt manner.
• Maintain and update supplier records, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare payment runs and reconcile supplier statements regularly.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage queries and ensure smooth operations.
• Support month-end reporting by providing accurate accounts payable data.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the accounts payable function.
