As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set work to classes in the absence of the regular teacher

• Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure a focused learning environment

• Offer support to students as needed during lessons

• Report back on student progress and behaviour

• Work across a variety of subjects and year groups

• A confident and professional approach to classroom management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility and reliability

• Previous school experience or a background in youth work, coaching, or mentoring is desirable

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
