We are recruiting for a Receptionist to join a highly regarded professional services organisation in Cardiff City Centre.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Receptionist who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a polished, professional environment. You’ll be a key part of the Front of House team, creating a strong first impression for clients and visitors while helping meetings, events and day-to-day office operations run smoothly.
The role
Welcoming clients and visitors
Managing meeting room bookings
Arranging refreshments for meetings and events
Maintaining reception and client areas
Supporting onsite meetings and corporate events
Liaising with colleagues to ensure a seamless visitor experience
About you
Previous Receptionist or Front of House experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, organised and confident
Experience in a corporate or professional services environment preferred
Events experience would be an advantage
