Legal Personal Assistant | £50,000-£55,000 | Hybrid Working

Looking for a fresh challenge as a Legal PA? This is an opportunity to join a busy City law firm, where you'll play an important role in supporting senior fee earners and helping keep a fast-paced team running efficiently.

With a salary of up to £55,000 and hybrid working on offer, this could be the perfect next step for an experienced legal support professional.

The Role

You'll provide day-to-day support to partners and fee earners, taking ownership of a varied workload and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex diaries, inboxes and changing schedules.

• Arranging meetings, client appointments, travel and expenses.

• Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.

• Assisting with billing, time recording and financial administration.

• Liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels.

• Keeping on top of deadlines and anticipating the team's needs.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Legal PA or Legal Secretary position within a law firm.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

• Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills.

• A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Someone who enjoys being one step ahead and providing reliable, high-quality support.
