Site Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on a highways scheme, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise site teams, subcontractors and daily construction activities. * Oversee highway works, road construction, drainage, kerbing and associated civils. * Monitor progress and ensure programme deadlines are met. * Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards. * Coordinate labour, plant and materials. * Report progress and site issues to the Site Manager. Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on highways or general civil engineering projects. * SSSTS or SMSTS certification. * Valid Gold CSCS card. * Valid First Aid certificate. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
