HR Advisor

• Contract: 3-month temporary
• Annual Salary: £40,000per annum (£20.52 per hour)
• Location: Sheffield on Loddon

We are seeking an HR Advisor for a 3 month temporary contract to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong background in HR practices and employee relations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our HR operations and contributing to our organisational goals.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide HR support and advice to managers and staff on various HR issues, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in the management of employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
• Support the recruitment process by assisting with job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, and organising interviews.
• Help coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
