Warehouse Operative Required

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly warehouse team based in Harlow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role with consistent daytime hours. The position involves picking and packing products ready for dispatch, ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Please note: This is a light warehouse role with no heavy lifting. The heaviest item handled weighs approximately 5kg.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately from warehouse locations.
• Packing products securely and safely for dispatch.
• Checking orders to ensure accuracy before shipping.
• Labelling and preparing parcels for courier collection.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Assisting with stock replenishment and general warehouse duties.
• Following all company health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing or order fulfilment experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
