Salary: £42ph MAXIMUM

• Join a high street firm in Devon to assist covering a recruitment gap on a long term locum basis.
• Requirement is for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer to join the team to assist with a variety of high street commercial property work.
• On site requirement ideally, although hybrid/ fully remote working is also possible.
• Starting in next 2 to 4 weeks / full time or min 3 days per week.

Position Overview

Our client, a high street law firm in Plymouth, is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Locum Solicitor/Lawyer to join their team, to cover a recruitment gap. As a Commercial Property Locum Solicitor, you will run the files as a standalone Commercial Property Solicitor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a commercial property caseload.
• Work autonomously and flexibly.
• Provide excellent legal advice to clients with a great eye for detail.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in commercial property law.
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent fee earning experience.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
