Extra Works Supervisor – Tottenham Court Road, London – £40,000 to £42,000 CBW is working with a leading Facilities Management provider seeking an experienced Extra Works Supervisor to join the team at a prestigious commercial building near Tottenham Court Road, London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong M&E or Facilities Management background to take responsibility for coordinating and delivering additional works and small projects within a busy commercial environment. You will oversee subcontractors, manage quotations and project budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, and work closely with the Extra Works Manager to deliver projects on time and to a high standard. Key Duties & Responsibilities Overseeing the delivery of extra works and small M&E projects across the building Planning and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and resources Preparing quotations, managing costs and monitoring project budgets Ensuring all works comply with health and safety regulations, CDM and QHSE requirements Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the Extra Works Manager Managing project documentation and obtaining client sign-off Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery Ensuring works are completed on time, within budget and to the required standardRequirements Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience within M&E, Facilities Management or construction Previous experience overseeing extra works or small projects within commercial buildings Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and CDM regulations Experience managing subcontractors, quotations and project budgets Excellent communication and organisational skills Good commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects SMSTS qualification – desirable IOSH Managing Safely – desirablePackage & Benefits Salary of £40,000 – £42,000 depending on experience Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Permanent position Prestigious commercial building in Central London Further training and development opportunities Genuine progression opportunity into an Extra Works Manager position
