Maintenance Electrician – Social Housing ⚡ 📍 Location: Central Belt, Scotland 💰 Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE 🚐 Benefits: Company Van 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent FM Search & Select are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join an established company, working across housing association and social housing contracts throughout Scotland's Central Belt. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Electrician who enjoys a varied role, carrying out maintenance and repairs across domestic properties. The Role: 🔹 Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across social housing properties 🔹 Fault finding, diagnostics and electrical repairs 🔹 Completing electrical testing and remedial works 🔹 Attending day-to-day maintenance jobs across housing association contracts 🔹 Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard 🔹 Liaising with tenants and housing association representatives What We're Looking For: ✔️ Fully qualified Electrician – SVQ Level 3 or equivalent ✔️ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations ✔️ Experience in domestic maintenance, ideally within social housing ✔️ Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills ✔️ Inspection & Testing qualifications desirable ✔️ Full UK Driving Licence What's on Offer? 💰 Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience 🚐 Company van provided 📍 Work across the Central Belt 📄 Permanent, full-time position ⚡ Varied maintenance work across established housing contracts Interested in finding out more?
