Customer Service Administrator / Advisor

£26,000 per annum

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and coordination skills who enjoys managing multiple tasks, building relationships and ensuring service requests are handled efficiently from start to finish.

Working closely with engineers, business partners, customers and internal departments, you will play a key role in coordinating service tickets, arranging parts and deliveries, monitoring progress and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Main Duties

• Using multiple in-house systems
• Speaking with customers over the phone
• Logging customer support tickets
• Assigning engineers to open tickets
• Arranging for engineers to attend customer sites
• Ordering parts to be delivered to customer sites
• Following up on support Tickets to ensure they are completed and closed

Skills and Experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good IT skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Similar previous experience is desirable

Hours: Monday to Friday on a 3-week shift pattern:

08:00 am - 4:30 pm

09:00 am - 5:30 pm

10.00 am - 6.30 pm
