The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
• Handling freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Acting for landlords and tenants on commercial lease matters
• Advising clients on property finance and development transactions
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and legal documentation
• Advising on title issues, easements, covenants and associated matters
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Providing a high standard of client care and legal advice
• Assisting senior colleagues on complex matters where required

About You

• Previous experience within commercial property law is essential
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals
• Strong understanding of commercial property transactions
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Confident handling your own workload and caseload
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently whilst also contributing to a wider team
