Genuinely part-time roles in international broking are rare. This one lets you keep placing business, negotiating with underwriters and working with overseas clients, three days a week, with two days back for whatever matters most to you.
Insure Recruitment is partnering with a long-established, independent Lloyd’s insurance and reinsurance broker to appoint an International Facultative Reinsurance Broker on a long-term, part-time basis.
With more than 40 years in the market, our client has a strong reputation for specialist insurance and reinsurance solutions worldwide, often handling niche business that larger brokers overlook.
The opportunity
You’ll take on an established portfolio of international facultative reinsurance business and develop it further, working in a small, entrepreneurial team with real autonomy over your placements.
Classes: Property, Liability, Marine, Hull, Bonds and other specialist facultative risks
Territories: the Far East, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America

About you
You don’t need experience in every class. If your London Market skills could add to the business, we’d still like to talk.

Why this role?
Most broking roles assume a five-day week. This one is built around three days, and it’s a long-term role, not a stopgap. It suits someone who wants to stay at the heart of the market while making more time for family, travel, other commitments or simply a better balance.
