This specialist family focused law firm in Taunton is expanding and seeking a talented Childcare lawyer to join its growing team.

The role

• Manage your own caseload of children/childcare matters
• You will have dedicated paralegal support & join a highly experienced team of senior solicitors, newly qualified solicitors, trainees and paralegals.
• Represent parents, family members and children in all aspects of public law proceedings across courts predominately in the South West
• Representing children in R16.4 proceedings
• Private law children work is also available

What you’ll need

• To be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in family/childcare law.
• Those already on the Childrens Panel are encouraged to apply, as are more junior lawyers looking to achieve panel membership (with the firms full support)
