The Role * Working in a very fast working environment * Operate and oversee multiple production machines, ensuring they run efficiently and safely throughout the production process * Monitor production lines, maintain a consistent workflow and report any machinery issues, breakdowns or production delays to the appropriate supervisor * Transporting materials around the factory * Pick, pack, label and prepare finished products for storage or dispatch, ensuring orders are completed accurately and efficiently * General duties within a specialist workshop environment * Carry out visual inspections and quality checks on products, packaging and finished goods to ensure they meet company standards * Maintain a clean, organised and tidy workstation, ensuring production areas remain safe and free from hazards * Undertaking general workshop labouring tasks as required * Follow work instructions and procedures to ensure products are manufactured, handled and packed consistently * Following strict health and safety guidelines The Person * Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work * Ability to follow instructions, procedures and health and safety guidelines * Reliable, punctual and hardworking, with a positive attitude * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment * Good communication and teamwork skills * Ability to identify issues and report problems promptly * Willingness to learn new processes and operate different types of machinery
