HR Operations Co-Ordinator

Leatherhead, Surrey

£17.00 per hour PAYE + £2.47 per hour holiday pay = inclusive £19.47

Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days working from home

We are recruiting for an HR Operations Co-Ordinator to join an established corporate organisation based in Leatherhead.

This is a busy, systems-focused position supporting HR operations and the wider employee lifecycle. Workday experience is particularly important, as you will be responsible for maintaining employee information, processing changes and ensuring HR data is accurate and up to date.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting employee onboarding and the full employee lifecycle
• Processing starters, changes and leavers
• Maintaining and updating employee information within Workday
• Processing contractual and job changes and internal movements
• Liaising with HR, payroll and internal stakeholders
• Supporting HR reporting and data management
• Checking information for accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Responding to employee and internal queries
• Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
• Ensuring HR processes are completed accurately and within required timescales
• Supporting the wider team with HR administration and co-ordination

About you

We would particularly like to hear from candidates who have:

• Previous HR administration or HR operations experience
• Hands-on experience using Workday
• Experience supporting starters, changes and leavers
• Strong systems and data administration skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence working with confidential employee information
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
