Property Operations Manager

Short and Mid-Let, Serviced Accommodation and Corporate Housing

We’re looking for an experienced Property Operations Manager to help build and grow our serviced accommodation and corporate housing business in London.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows the short-let sector inside out. You’ll oversee property operations, build relationships with owners and developers, and help create the systems and partnerships needed to grow the business.

What you’ll do

1. Manage the day-to-day operation of our property portfolio, maintaining high standards for guests, corporate clients and property owners.

2. Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, suppliers and guest services, resolving issues quickly and effectively.

3. Develop relationships with landlords, developers and other property contacts to bring suitable new properties into the portfolio.

4. Support property onboarding and ensure new homes are ready to operate.

5. Improve processes, service standards and operational performance as the business grows.

6. Monitor relevant legal and regulatory requirements and help ensure properties are operated compliantly.

7. Work closely with the founder to build the team, partnerships and infrastructure needed for growth.

What you’ll bring

1. At least two years’ experience working for a short-let property company.

2. Direct experience managing a portfolio of at least 20 properties.

3. A demonstrable track record of growing a property portfolio through your own relationships, connections and industry knowledge.

4. Established relationships with landlords, developers or other property contacts who could be relevant to portfolio growth.

5. Strong knowledge of short-let, serviced accommodation and corporate housing operations in London.

6. A sound understanding of the laws and regulations relevant to operating and managing these properties.

7. Strong organisational, commercial and relationship-building skills, with the ability to take ownership and solve problems.
