The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced Financial Adviser who wants to focus on advising clients and developing long-term relationships, while benefiting from comprehensive back-office support.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing relationships with an existing client bank.
• Identifying new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Building and growing your own portfolio of clients.
• Delivering holistic financial advice tailored to individual client needs.
• Developing strong, long-term client relationships.
• Working collaboratively with an experienced support team.
• Ensuring advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Experience providing holistic financial advice.
• A proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ambition to grow within a progressive and supportive environment.

Experience working within a Partner Practice environment would be advantageous.
