They are seeking an experienced and reliable Legionella Risk Assessor, who is qualified and well-versed in industry guidelines. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently on site and will be confident in producing subsequent technical reports and schematics. You will be joining a professional outfit who can implement exciting training plans, in addition to excellent base salaries and packages, including: company vehicle and fuel expenses. Experience / Qualifications: * Strong experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor * Robust technical knowledge, including: HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines * Must be qualified with the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessments * Adaptable to client travel requirements * Good literacy and numeracy skills * Proficient in using IT software The Role: * Performing legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold systems * Creating detailed technical reports * Producing site-specific schematic drawings * Identifying required remedial works and informing clients * Ensuring regular compliance regimes are completed * Building strong working relationsips with clients * Keeping up-to-date with industry guideline changes * Working to personal performance targets Alternative job titles: Legionella Consultant, Water Hygiene Risk Assessor, Water Hygiene Consultant, Water Hygiene Surveyor, Legionella Surveyor.
