Location: London (80%) with travel across the Midlands and Europe Contract: Initial 6 Months IR35: Outside IR35 Rate: Competitive DOE Start: Immediate The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing delivery team responsible for managing Structured Cabling and technology infrastructure projects across London, the Midlands and Europe. This is a client-facing role where you will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Approximately 80% of your time will be focused on projects within London, with occasional travel to sites across the UK and Europe. The Role Working closely with operational, engineering and commercial teams, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources, tracking progress and ensuring customers receive regular updates throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for planning and delivering projects, managing subcontractors and technical teams, overseeing project documentation and ensuring all commercial and operational objectives are achieved. The role requires someone who is comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels and capable of making decisions in fast-paced project environments. A significant part of the role will involve monitoring project costs, managing risks, maintaining programme schedules and ensuring all quality, compliance and health & safety requirements are met. You will also oversee project handovers, ensuring all as-built documentation, certifications, O&M manuals and outstanding actions are completed prior to close out. About You To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience delivering projects within structured cabling, technology infrastructure, construction or related environments. You will be highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across several live projects. You should have strong client management skills, experience leading project teams and a track record of delivering projects to programme and budget. Experience managing subcontractors, coordinating technical resources and handling project financials is essential. Requirements * Proven Project Management experience. * Experience delivering projects from initiation through to completion. * Strong stakeholder and client management skills. * Experience managing project budgets, costs and commercial performance. * Ability to coordinate engineers, subcontractors and technical teams. * Strong communication, reporting and organisational skills. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Europe when required. Desirable Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APMP or equivalent would be beneficial, along with experience within Structured Cabling, ICT Infrastructure, Data Centres or Network Infrastructure projects
