Description

• Coordinate the launch of new hedge funds and related onboarding processes.
• Manage post-launch legal workstreams and ongoing client requirements.
• Support the negotiation and execution of trading and financing documents.
• Assist with regulatory implementation projects and legal updates.
• Conduct legal research on derivatives, trading and market practice issues.
• Liaise directly with clients, brokers and counterparties globally.
• Monitor transaction progress and ensure key deadlines are met.
• Prepare, review and organise legal documentation and correspondence.
• Work closely with partners and associates on complex transactions.
• Support business development and client relationship activities.
• Maintain detailed records and transaction trackers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.

Profile

• Strong academic background, ideally including a law degree.
• Previous paralegal or financial services experience is advantageous.
