Newcastle City Centre | £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

We're partnering with a fast-growing North East business operating within the technology, creative and solutions-led services sector, supporting a wide range of organisations with innovative projects that enhance customer engagement and business performance.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Development Representative to join their commercial team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities.

The Role

This is a proactive outbound sales position where you'll be responsible for identifying prospective clients, initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and arranging meetings for senior members of the commercial team.

You'll engage decision-makers across a variety of sectors, building relationships, understanding business challenges, and introducing solutions that can add genuine value.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients and key contacts
• Conduct outbound sales activity via telephone, email and LinkedIn
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities
• Secure meetings for the wider commercial team
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within target organisations
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
• Support lead generation and pipeline development initiatives
