Trust Education are recruiting on behalf of a primary school in the WF2 area for a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant . This is part-time role, starting as soon as possible, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Key Stage 1 team supporting Year 1 and Year 2 pupils. The Role: * Support teaching and learning across Year 1 and Year 2 during all classroom sessions * Working with small groups and individual pupils * Creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment * Supporting pupils of all abilities and learning needs to achieve their potential * Working collaboratively with staff, pupils and parents to support positive outcomes The Ideal Candidate Will: * Hold a minimum Tecahing Assistant status or have relevant experience within a similar role * Have experience working within Key Stage 1 * Be confident delivering intervention programmes and small group support * Be reliable, organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team * Have a proactive and positive approach to supporting teaching and learning * Be flexible and confident providing class cover when required About Trust Education Trust Education are a dedicated and supportive team who offer a friendly, personable service with collectively over 50+ years of experience within the education sector.
