Fabric Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Liverpool Street, London - up to £40,000 per annum - No call out  Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Liverpool Street, London. CBW is currently recruiting a Fabric Engineer to be based in a law firm located near Liverpool Station, London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades such as basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting etc. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, overtime and further training.  Working hours & package Up to £40,000 Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:00 / 10:00 - 19:00 rotating weekly  No call out Private healthcare 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Overtime available Further training Company pension Key Duties & Responsibilities Emergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests  Painting & Decorating Basic lighting Fire door maintenance  Office moves  Basic Carpentry and plumbing Fixing Furniture Hanging Pictures & Shelves Maintain and update Log books Assist the maintenance team on site Escort sub-contractors To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.  Requirements City & Guilds Level 2 Carpentry or equivalent Knowledge of commercial building maintenance An understanding of most building fabric duties (Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, Basic Electrical, etc) A desire to get into maintenance.
