Salary: £110 - £130 per day

Reed Education are recruiting for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support primary schools across Doncaster on a temporary basis.

This role is ideal for a confident HLTA who enjoys taking responsibility for leading learning, covering classes and supporting pupils across a range of year groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
• Support teaching and learning across the school.
• Lead intervention groups and targeted support sessions.
• Work with pupils including those with additional needs.
• Assist with assessment and progress monitoring.

Requirements

• HLTA qualification or significant relevant experience.
• Experience working within a UK primary school.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
