KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this exceptional client on the outskirts of Newcastle, to recruit a Finance Manager.Your duties will be as follows:

• Leading the preparation of management accounts
• Commentary on financial performance and key variances
• Contributing to annual statutory accounts and providing supporting information for audit
• Reconciliation of key control accounts, balance sheet accounts and intercompany accounts
• Monitoring and analysing cash flow, supporting treasury and working capital management
• Overseeing the preparation and submission of VAT returns, ensuring compliance
• Managing the annual budget and supporting financial forecast preparation
• Maintaining the fixed asset and intangible asset register
• Providing adhoc financial analysis and reports to support operational and strategic requirements
• Working with all departments to support accurate and timely financial reporting
• Supervising and developing junior members of the team

You will be a qualified Accountant and have worked in a similar role previously. Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and an understanding of data management are essential.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and system implementation would be extremely useful.
