About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students both in and out of the classroom, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve personal and academic success.

  • Build trusting, positive relationships that encourage engagement and confidence
  • Support students in managing emotions and behaviour through consistent and calm approaches

  • Resilient and able to remain calm in challenging situations
