Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer Location: West End, Central London (foot mobile) Salary: £46,000 to £48,000 Contract: Full-time, permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 About The Role We’re recruiting a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading global facilities management provider on a flagship account for one of the UK’s most prestigious property estates. You’ll look after a portfolio of landmark buildings in the heart of London’s West End. The buildings are all within walking distance of each other, so you’ll move between sites on foot, with no driving and no long journeys between jobs. The portfolio includes high-end office, retail and mixed-use properties, and the work covers planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and general building maintenance. It’s ideal for a multi-skilled engineer who enjoys variety and wants to work on high-profile buildings in one of the best-known locations in the country. Key Responsibilities * Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of buildings in the West End * Maintaining and fault-finding on HVAC plant, including AHUs, FCUs, VRF and split air conditioning systems * Looking after heating and water systems, including boilers, pumps, pressurisation units and domestic hot and cold water * Maintaining LV distribution, lighting, emergency lighting and small power * Carrying out water hygiene tasks, BMS monitoring and minor fabric repairs * Recording work on a mobile job management system and building strong relationships with building managers and tenants Requirements * Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) * Multi-skilled building services maintenance experience, ideally on commercial sites * 18th Edition or F-Gas qualifications (desirable) * Professional, customer-focused approach suited to high-profile client buildings What’s on Offer * £46,000 to £48,000 basic salary * Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 * Foot mobile role, with all buildings within walking distance * Permanent position with a leading global facilities management provider * Varied work across landmark buildings in the heart of the West End If you’re a multi-skilled maintenance engineer looking for a varied central London role with no driving required, apply today for more information
